Shipping Policy

-Make sure the shipping information provided is correct. The merchandise will be sent to the address provided by the customer. We are not responsible for any lost, delayed, or stolen merchandise after the merchandise has been shipped.

-Any formal complaints and/or claims after shipping should be directed to the United States Postal Service (USPS). The customer will incur in extra shipping fees if the merchandise needs to be re-shipped due to a wrong shipping address.

-After every purchase through our website, a USPS tracking number will be provided via email for you to be able to track your package. If your purchase was made through one of our social media pages, the USPS tracking number will be provided via direct message.

-Every order will be processed within 1 to 2 business days once a purchase has occured and no error in the information provided was found.

-Orders shipped to Puerto Rico usually take 4 to 7 business days once the merchandise has been shipped.

-Orders shipped within the continental United States usually take 2 to 3 business days once the merchandise has been shipped.

-The customers will be notified of any changes to these policies due to vacations, illness, or any emergencies via our social media pages or via email.
